First name or surname?

I suppose it depends on the context, but listening to a chap who's quite vocal when it comes to shouting both positively and negatively during a game, it came to my attention that he mixes up the use of first names and surnames.

When addressing Bridcutt he always shouts "Liam"
"Barnes"
"Will"
"Hammond"
"Gordon"
"Bridge"
"Adam"

Admittedly he could know these chaps personally, who knows. But, how do you guys address the players during the game from the stands? I've always been partial to the surname but I must confess to having said "Liam" on occasions this season.

NB* This could be up there with one of the most pointless threads ever

I always use the surname in general conversation (apart from Vicente), but in the stands if I'm shouting out in frustration it might be "FFS ASH" or "COME ON DEANO" or, alternatively, "YES LIAM" when he managed to dance around about 4 flying tackles yesterday and still come out with the ball, earning a standing ovation from a lot of WSU block D.
