A finger of fudge is just enough
But it wasn't, was it?

Would any self-respecting child of the 80s receive a Fudge and go "Ooooh - what a treat"? No, none would. They were tiny. If you're going to give me a chocolate bar, given me a proper-sized one.

So, given that, Curly Wurly please, although I suspect they've been a victim of shrinkflation long before shrinkflation became a thing.

Curly Wurly all the way. It's a far superior choice.

However, my school bus fare was 90p and if I only had a quid, the 15p Curly Wurly was out of the running. The Fudge was only 10p, so I sometimes plumped for that even though it was inferior.

I’ll have all the Fingers of Fudge that no one else wants. Always one of the first I’d go for…..
curly Wurlies are a waste of space.
