He did the same thing - taking bloody ages to finally sign - when he joined us at the start of last season. All was forgotten very quickly though.

I think he could actually be the sort of player to do better in League One than in the Conference - assuming you pass it to his feet, you've got a very good player. Unfortunately we've spent the last couple of months trying to lump it onto his head.

My immediate thinking is, if he's one for the future why has he only got an 18 month contract - which runs out when he's 25 so he can leave for free?
