I am sure McGhee is psyching the players up to get to 50 points plus first. After that his private aim will be 12th or above. Only 3 points between us and top half of table now. Forest and Leeds games are winable - both clubs living on memories of past glories Forest will come to Withdean with the bus parked on the goal line as Mourinho would say!
