Very harrowing film but very good.

If you're with your better half and want to see a superbly acted, memorable romantic comedy with a some fantastic scenes and a bit of an edge to it, I can recommend Punch Drunk Love with Adam Sandler, Emily Watson and Philip Seymour Hoffman. Director is Paul Thomas Andersen (Magnolia, Boogie Nights).

Lush - saw Punch Drunk Love yesterday as was looking very much to it. It just didn't cut the mustard for me. It was a bit too wacky and a dissapointment after Magnolia which is in my top 10 films of all time.

Training Day has the most disappointing endings of sny film, ever. Its great up until the last twenty minutes when it goes gay, bit like scarface.

28 days later is a good film, particulalry the first bit in London. The deserted streets are genuinly spooky. The end gets a bit silly though.
I saw Kings of New York and was impressed. Daniel Day Lewis is suitably bonkers.
What I'm watching at the moment is series one of The Sopranos on DVD. It's really funny, I'd forgetton what a great character Tony's mum is.

Watched Gosford Park and a Knights Tale last night. Gosford Park was ok but not as good as I was expecting, thoroughly enjoyed A Knights Tale!
