Whats the best free software for fiddling with pictures, such as adding colour to bits of the picture.

This will be my first go at this, so needs to be very user friendly.:blush:

I downloaded Photoshop7 via Limewire, but as it's about twenty zillion Mb, it took most of a weekend :dunce:

Fab prog it has to be said though...
Be carefull what you say over the internet mate. Especially when discussing illegal activities!

I'll second GIMP that was recommended by Drizzlecake. It has all the features, with zero cost.

Once you have downloaded and installed, then Google what you want to do

"change picture colour with gimp"

Go nuts!

And I'll third it - had both Photoshop and GiMP and preferred GiMP for a lot of tasks.

That's because Limewire is crap, your better off using bit-torrent and you will get it in a few hours.

But I'd agree with using gimp tbh as this is the legal way to go, and a good alternative to photo shop.
