Short of pace?

Heading ability?

Distrbution out of defence?

Looked good at Coventy, but sounded at fault to some of the goals last night on scr

Looked poor at Coventry, and again at Preston.

Seems slow, and can't read where the ball is going

Am suprised that some on NSC thought he did well at Cov. I thought he looked well out of his depth at this level, with no pace, beaten too often in the air and poor positional sense. While to be fair a new player needs some time to adjust, with time running out we cannot afford to have such a weakness in a key position. By the sound of it he struggled also last night and I would be severely worried about him facing Connolly, sherringham, Zamora etc.

Put Virgo back where he belongs in the centre of the defence. He can still take all the free kicks throw ins etc. I was told by a Millwall fan Dolan is a good player when he is fit which isnt very often sounds about par for the course.
