I would like to know if other people has the same problems as me.
When I ask a question about membership,programme subscription etc. I will never get an answer back from the club.
What i'm doing wrong?Is it my mistake that I live in Holland?

I have sent 3 questions / comments to the club on the official site and have not had one reply. They need to improve customer services as soon as possible to keep the boaderline supporters happy.

Ditto. I sent a number of e-mails to the club last season and not one response.

Told Insider who seemed surprised but the fact is the club is let down by this poor level of response and needs to sort it out.
