it's a great film,one of my favourite lines from it is

"be nice to me cookie or i'll piss in your scrambled eggs"

This week I've watched Flags of our Fathers and Letters from Iwo Jima back to back. Excellent - had forgotten how good a director Clint Eastwood is.

The Thin Red Line.

This piece encapulates more than any other the horrors of war and going " to the line " for me. We think we have it tough, these Men had it tough. Thrown into a " tour of duty " they may not even have agreed with.
