Mrs Corner’s first name is Marie(as in rhymes with Harry) - she isn’t quite so keen when I sing the lines ‘You ain’t a beauty but hey you’re alright’!

Always takes me back to St James's Park, Newcastle, June 1985. He did Thunder Road in so many different ways from acoustic upwards that it's almost a different song. Here, it was the most rousing I've ever heard with Clarence and that sax prominent in the finale. Greatest gig I've ever been to and the greatest song in it.
