With the heatwave causing abject misery for many people as temperatures reach in excess of a sweltering 80f in some areas many will turn to the trusted ice cream section for some welcome relief. So what is NSCs favourite ice cream flavour?

Banana. But the man who makes ice cream here in Dartmouth says he rarely makes it because there is little demand. Seems I'm in an exclusive group.

I just leave the toffee and chocolate on the side.

Yeah. When I went there, knowing the wait, I said:
"Give me the tortoise ice cream and make it snappy."
He said "I think you want the crocodile ice cream."
I said "Listen mate, if I'd wanted the crocodile ice cream I'd have asked for the crocodile ice cream. Give me the tortoise ice cream and make it quick, not with the usual three hour wait." (I realise he'd misunderstood 'snappy').

Not that odd really
We just whizz the banana up in a processor with the honey then add the fudge lumps then freeze.
We use gluten free cornets.

Have you tried the place on the corner of St James Street and i think it Madiera road Brigbton, they do alot of different flavoures.
