Loads of crap chains, only Uncle Sam’s is half decent and even then, the quality varies hugely across the franchises as discussed many times on here.

If I'm going for something a grim to fill a hole burger King would be my choice. Heir burgers are pretty tasty IMO and the salad is usually crisp and reasonably fresh.
Pleased to say I don’t use any of the above these days, so none of the above.
If I had to vote it would be Uncle Sams, York Place and Oriental Place 1980s, last time I went to an Uncle Sams was over 10 years back in Eastbourne and i wasn’t impressed.
