Agree with this. Rogan Josh is a lovely tasty one. Lamb or chicken Biriyani is also good.

I am not a great lover of Biryani as I prefer a lot of sauce in my curry. I do occasionally like a Chinese Curry as it has loads of onions.

I'm looking at the menu for this place and I see four different types of curry, each with two chillies next to them: WTH am I to make of dopiaza, masala, dansak and rogan Josh when they're all 2-chillies?!

there no real meaing behind "chllies" just a casual guide that often relative to the others on the menu. 1 would be for mild curry probably less "hot" than a decently peppered southern fried chicken. 2 will be you know your're eating curry, but wont be reaching for a glass of water. 3 will probably need a of regular dousing for an irregular curry eater, not so much for a regular. 4 is so much chillies that you cant taste anything else, for the serious chilly muncher only.

Thank you for your suggestions. In the end we shared a lamb dhansak and prawn RJ, with pilau rice and keema naan. Very nice, but it's left me really full afterwards. Job done
