I don't really like Cold Play but I must admit Yellow and Clocks are class.
Clocks is very 'Echo And The Bunnymen.'

I never used to like Coldplay until i listened to "parachutes" and "a rush of blood to the head" a few times and got to really like the music.

i don't like coldplay ever since 'yellow' was out the summer i spent in hospital with hepatitis (and thus VERY severe jaundice)and EVERY funny twat of a person i knew sang it at me/requested it in clubs for me (even if i wasnt there!!) for a whole f***ing year!!!!

do they do a lot of stuff for fair trade then? the drummer lives round the corner for me and we (i sit on a sustainability committee) were trying to get his dad (presumably cause of the bands links?!! not my idea!) to do some promotional work for then scumhampton here was declared a fair trade city.

FAIR play to them if thats the case.

Trouble - it's a great song.

I find their material a bit patchy though. Some really good, a lot of dross.
