I take it you didn't go to Bristol Rovers BYF?

Chris McPhee scored his first Brighton goal. When he came past us to warm down (he was subbed) the crowd greeted him with a mix of 'Well done Chris' shouts and the 'oh Chris McPhee song'.

His face lit up. He went red. He was so pleased.

Judging by your philosophy we shouldn't sing a song until he has scored 50 goals for us? Leon Knight hasn't been here long. I take it we shouldn't appriciate his efforts?

As for my favourite song. Putting GOSBTS to the side, there are a few. I thought, 'We're down but we're proud of you' was very good, hopefully we won't have to sing it to often in the coming years. Also like, 'We're by far the greatest team..' and 'Albion, Albion, Albion, Albion, Albion, Albion, Albion, Albion, Albion, Albion, Albion, Albion, Albion, Albion, Albion, AL-BI-ON!.'

GOSBTS is exclusive to us, and is the obvious choice.
I do like, "Brighton till I die" at full volume too.
And "Come in a taxi" to a rather low away following, makes me grin.

Hove, f***ing ACTUALLY.
Always preferred Brighton Aces to GOSBTS, dont know why, but I always remember my old man and his mates singing it more than any other song when I was a kid.

Still one of my best memories as a kid singing about going down the Shoreham Road, whilst actually going down the Shoreham to see the Brighton Aces, them were the days !

GOSBTS of course. And you would have like the the "Left Right Left" song from the past byf, because it ended with "you will die, you will die, you will die" and a big bundle down the bottom of the North Stand.

Anyway if you don't like the new songs, why not revisit some old ones? Go here for a trip down memory lane with 320 Albion songs from Tim Carder's Albion site..

Although to be fair, the Brighton Aces song has been taken from Newcastle and adapted by many other clubs.

And having a Geordie as an ex-bird, I can tell you that they f*cking hate other teams copying their Blayden Races song! Hee hee...
