Any long term project will have contingency for delays. We've been lucky with the weather so far and were 'ahead' coming into Xmas but we've been lucky with the weather, we could quite easilly have had weeks of heavy rain and drainage problems.

It should also be remembered that the plans was to open this coming August but that was too tight and the completion was put back 3-4 months with the opening put back to the start of the following season (12 months) so there's plenty of leeway in there for any eventuallity.

Don't panic!

For crying out loud! Did you really think that a few days snow would have any effect on a 2 year project like this and actually felt the need to ask DK if Falmer would be delayed? Geez!!
