Does anyone have any idea of approximately how much the Falmer stadium project has cost the club so far? This relates to a debate we've been having on our site about the costs of building a new stadium (Cardiff's has cost something like £2.7 million to date, and building hasn't started yet!).

I know ours is above 3 million but not sure how much over 3 million.
