The justification rightly or wrongly will be that in the championship and below clubs are much more reliant on ticket revenue as a larger percentage of their overall income.

The Football Supporters Federation has been campaigning for a couple of years for Twenty's plenty. Several clubs in the Prem had reciprocal away fans agreements due to it.

With the amount of money they get it would be far better to give supporters free tickets and have a lottery for every away game.
