Just two places to get into the top half, will he make it by his first anniversary? Or will the sides promoted from the National league push him down a couple?

The Barnet manager and the managers of all the sides involved in the playoffs have been in their jobs longer than Fabian. So he will eventually drop back 2 places but could still rise further as the end of season merry go round gets going.

Incidentally 3 of the 6 sides in the National League play offs are managed by ex Brighton players.
