A few of us are planning to meet up for the game on Wednesday, have a quick beer before, a few beers after, and maybe go for a curry.

We would like to extend the invite to all, but especially local seagulls.

Any ideas for a place to meet before the game.

The beer is usually good in the City Arms (Kennedy St) ot the Lass' O'Gowrie (Charles St).

Or does anyone know any decent pubs near the ground.

Another Berkshire Seagull said:
Aren't most of you Northern Seagulls going to the ballet that night?

I think you'll find it is not most, but I am leaving it to El Pres to spill the beans on who is going to the ballet.

So where will you be on Wednesday?

It depends on work, at the moment it looks unlikely with so many days out in the next few months for trips down to the enquiry.

If I'm not there give them a shout from me :clap2:
Oh and applaude every pirouette you see :p

As already hinted, the Ginger Sex God of Stockport, who according to INDEPENDENT FEMALE WITNESSES packs 10 inches of love truncheon between his Marks and Spender Y Fronts, will NOT be attending the Youth Team cup match on Wednesday as he is poncing off to see Romeo and Juliet at the ballet in Salford that night.

Our choruses of 'Does our boyfriend know we're here', and 'We're just a town full of faggots' will not be the same without him.

City fans at work couldn't provide a pub alternative near the ground, so do we want to meet at the City Arms or the Lass O Gowrie, not that anyone has replied to say they are going yet.

The silence is deafening.

The Jolly Angler in Ducie Street is always a good bet. 10 minutes from Piccadilly and the bus leaves to the ground from the top of the road. Classic back street boozer, and our base during our days in Div 1.

I work about a mile from the stadium and there is no snow on the ground, although there have been a few flakes this morning!
