This is all very strange. The FA website has all but the Oldham v Liverpool game as kicking off at 3pm on Sat 26th. From those it appears that 4 more live games need to be chosen - presumably before the replays are settled. Does that mean that

a. The club know that we def aren't one of the four telly games; or

b. They want to crack on with sales and the time and date may still change.

The latter may be motivated by wanting to shift tickets before it becomes a Swansea game - or before it's confirmed on the telly.

But for the first time in 567 consecutive FA Cup ties Manchester bloody United are not on the telly box. Fergie will be fuming

Good, and I'm glad its Saturday 3pm to restore some sort of normality.

Stoke/Palarse v Man City on Saturday lunchtime

Southend/Brentford v Chelsea on Sunday lunchtime

Leeds/Birmingham v Spuds on Sunday afternoon

Out of those three ties the Southend/Brentford V Chelsea is the most interesting.

So definitive list-

Saturday 26 January 2013
Crystal Palace or Stoke City v Manchester City (12.45pm) - ITV1
West Ham United or Manchester United v Blackpool or Fulham (5.30pm) - ESPN

Sunday 27 January 2013
Southend United or Brentford v Chelsea (12pm) - ESPN
Leeds United or Birmingham City v Tottenham Hotspur (2pm) - ESPN
Oldham Athletic v Liverpool (4pm) - ITV1

Can't see how any of those are as attractive as Brighton v Arsenal, I expect they are running scared in case we are playing Swansea instead... even so...

I would watch the Chelsea match but only in the hope they would loose.
And why choose Oldham v Liverpool is totally beyond me.

Man Utd shouldn't really feature if they are at home to inferior opposition, but they will always be on TV because they attract the biggest audience.
