Suspect it’s a move a more cunning driver would never have made, probably championship over barring something extraordinary

Red Bull have protested Russell...
So very tedious, and I expect the FIA will roll over and give the sainted Max what he wants as usual

Very poor by Lando. That's really not the kind of mistake you'd expect a (prospective)world champion to make.

I wonder if Max is regretting his stupidity last week? He'd only be 12 points behind Lando now and 34 behind Piastri. A Piastri DNF and he'd be right back in it, instead best case scenario he'll still be 18 points behind at best.

Red Bull protest has been dismissed.

McLaren brough a new front suspension package for Canada. The intent is to give a bit more "feel" at the front of the car, with Norris in particular apparently struggling a little with it. In the end, Norris ran the new package through Qually and Race while Piastri reverted to the original suspension ... and it may stay that way.

Lewis did exactly the same on Jensen Button back in 2011, and went on to win 6 more championships
What a race that was, didn’t Jenson come from last to first in a wet race on that day? Pressuring Seb into a mistake very late in the race?

I remember Jenson’s yell of disbelief about Lewis’ attempted overtake.
