HUGE game today. Florida vs Georgia. The good guys versus the inbreds. The National Champions versus unranked. The bookies say Florida by 15
but in recent weeks the Gators have been sloppy so I'm not so sure. These teams hate each other with a passion so that could even it up.
86,000 in the stadium (43,000 tickets each) and another 100,000 outside.
NE Florida comes to a standstill today and any kid trick or treating at my house is going to be disappointed.

Go Gators as I'm sure all my fellow NSC-ers would heartily agree (Georgia = Palace).

College (American) football and Patcham Albion doesn't mean that. Georgia are the forces of darkness. Florida are all that is good in the world!

Blimey, fancy calling the panty waists of Florida inbreds.

Oh dear

"The Crimson Tide was back on top. Across the way, Tim Tebow couldn't do a thing, tears streaming down his cheeks as he watched the clock wind down on an ending that wasn't in his farewell plan.

With Ingram and Greg McElroy leading an emphatic 32-13 chomping of top-ranked Florida on Saturday, No. 2 Alabama again stands supreme in the Southeastern Conference. More important, the Tide is just one win away from an even bigger title -- its first national crown since 1992."

Not bad for a bunch of inbreds although to be fair, apart from this probably alcohol fuelled thread, you have been saying that you didn't think that the Gators would beat 'Bama

Has the boy calmed down yet or was it all an officiating conspiracy?

Apart from the abysmal officiating and the all round general glee in the media at Florida's defeat I would have to admit that Bama deserved the win. Was on the point of supporting them in the National Championship until a couple of their less intelligent (everything is relative - particularly in Alabama) players did the chomp in the closing stages. I now hope that the Longhorns murder them.

The Gators will be back and will win another title in less than the 17 years (at least) it will take the Crimson Tide.

And yes the boy is over it now. The Jags win yesterday helped to take the sting out of it.:tantrum:
