I think the club are on quite dodgy ground, theres all this cobblers about build a 20,000 stadium and we'll fill it etc, well yep if we were in the premier but that aint gonna happen (not without proper investment in quality players not shorties), the reality seems to be we've got about 5-6,000 'hardcore' which we can guarantee on, some will come and go but thats the figure we can rely on, probably why these 2,000 extra seats have
never happened, Silent knows if they put em in and we're mid-table in div 2 which is where we're heading for the foreseeable future then theres no way we'd fill Withdean let alone Falmer !!!???

SC doesnt seem to have the brains to re-shape or re-think, seems like everyone 'happy' to just leave it as it is (everyone
agrees we're not playing well) and hope that it sorts itself out !!!

Reminds me there was an interview with Leon in yesterdays argus, very good, the kid talked a lot of sense, we really are relying on him now, pretty muchthe same way we was with Bobby. Basically get the ball to him and we've got a chance otherwise we're as sh1t as everyone else in this league, only
problem is its gotta be played on the floor, summat our defenders andmidfield seem to be incapable of grasping !?other trouble being we cant rely on a single player look wot happened when we did that with bobby!

Baked Pepper Fish
A low-fat way to prepare a fish fillet!
Number of Servings: 1
Serving Size: 1 filet

Ingredients
Name Measure Weight
4 oz. fish fillets such as scrod, cod, white fish, haddock, or orange roughy 1 ea ---
fat-free Ranch dressing 2 Tbsp ---
cayenne pepper 1 dash ---
diced red bell pepper 1/2 ea ---
onion thinly sliced 1 ea ---
broccoli florets 1/2 cup ---

Preparation Instructions
1 Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Spray a 12-inch of heavy aluminum foil with nonstick cooking spray.
2 Place the filet on the foil. Spread the dressing over the filet with a small spoon or pastry brush and sprinkle with red pepper. Arrange the vegetables over the fish.
3 Fold the foil over and seal the edges. Place the foil packet in the middle of the oven directly on the rack. To prevent spills, you may want to place the foil packet on a small baking sheet.
4 Bake for 20 minutes, or unti the fish is white through the center and flakes easily with a fork.
5 To microwave, place the filet and other ingredients directly on a microwave safe plate. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on high for 5 minutes or until done. Remember to turn the filet halfway through the cooking time for even cooking.
