Very sad news. Didn't he play for Cambridge against us in that notorious "yellow ball" match (first half sunshine, second half blizzard) in '94, or maybe I'm thinking of the penultimate away match of '96/'97 when we picked up a rare away point? Still a quality player then. RIP.
