Hmmmm lost 1 in the last 6 where as we've won 1 in the last 6 (same as Barnsley). Daish was very unlucky not to win manager of the month given what he's got to work with there.

True but they've only won against Bristol, Ipswich and Leeds, none of whom are as good as we are.

They lost to Blackpool, and I reckon we can play as well as they can on our day.

If the team want to pick themselves up quickly after saturdays result, then the Hornets are there for the taking, IF we want it badly enough.

I'd normally agree about the away comment... But if there's something to play for, with 6000 Brighton fans cheering on at Barnsley, who have nothing to play for... We'd have every chance. Would be more a one-off game than an away game.

Would be fascinating to see what team Gus would put out if, say, we knew we had to win by about 4 or 5 goals in the final game to have a chance of playoffs...

I want to believe but just can't see it.

While we are at home to Watford tomorrow, Middlesbrough are at home to Donny and Cardiff at home to Derby. There is no way both teams are going to fail Tuesday to win their games even if we win ours.

I felt our season was pettering out about 3 weeks ago and pretty much gave up hope of a chance of playoffs - but would have been delighted to be proved wrong. I'm not at all disappointed though, it's been a pretty successful season. I didn't think we been in a relegation battle but I also didn't expect us to be challenging.

Onwards and upwards.

To say we have high chance of getting in the play-offs if we win all three games shows some people haven't a clue. Look at the outstanding fixtures for the other teams. Blackpool and Cardiff are the only teams we can catch and because of our goal difference, they effectively only need 4 pts. Blackpool play Leeds, Burnley and Millwall and Cardiff have Derby, Leeds and Palace. Both have two home games followed by an away, like us. However, we are playing Watford, on current form over last 10 are 3rd behind Reading and Soton, and Birmingham, nuff said.

Instead of getting on your knees and praying before posting about 'high chance' perhaps you should do a little bit more research!!! Nobody is saying it is not possible but highly unlikley is more of an apt description even if we win the 3.

Except Watford's current form includes games against Derby, Bristol and Coventry - still reckon we can beat them easily............

Barnes up top on his own. Reyes, Bridcutt, Nav, Sparrow, Dicker in the middle, Painter, Greer, El Abd and Caldo in defence and Brez between the sticks.

I don't think we'll manage it, but a lot of teams around us seem to be doing us favours this season; we just can't quite capitalise when they give us the chance.

Marvellously blinkered. You pick 3 out of the last 10 games. Well lets look at our last 10. Include Doncaster, Burnley and Forest, Portsmouth and Derby yet we are 19th over the same period.

But that's the great thing about this league, current form really doesn't count for much as on their day, any team who are fired up enough can beat anyone else.

And if just being thumped 0-6 doesn't fire you up, then frankly, nothing will........

If we play like we did on Saturday then we will be picking up 0 points between now and the end.

This season however, has been fantastic.
