Excellent analysis thread for those interested
And yes please from me too.Yes please
He probably knows nothing about him given that he went on record in March saying "I don’t particularly enjoy going to watch Nice because there are some good players but the level of football is not high enough for me to get excited".....
Won't offshore Jim try and move him to his failed basketcase English club?
Or at least be touting him around to highest bidder, if we're genuinely interested?
Sadly as they scraped Champions League football on the last day, I imagine they’re fishing in bigger ponds now. Hopefully failing again in the same way they did with other big signings like Lukaku, Werner and Havertz. When Chelsea nip in and steal him from under our noses... Evann knows I'm miserable now.
Got Osimhen written all over it!Sadly as they scraped Champions League football on the last day, I imagine they’re fishing in bigger ponds now. Hopefully failing again in the same way they did with other big signings like Lukaku, Werner and Havertz.
Don’t believe that for a second- Barber says a lot of things.Great that everyone seems to want the guy to come, however didn't PBOBE say last summer that the purchase of Georginio was an outliner, and the club wouldn't be spending £40m on a player going forward.
So unless this has changed, there would seem to be no way that we are competing with Spurs on price or European football.
So a nice to have but very unlikely to happen.

£40m + 20% sell on for a 17 year old striker who’s in London (allegedly)Great that everyone seems to want the guy to come, however didn't PBOBE say last summer that the purchase of Georginio was an outliner, and the club wouldn't be spending £40m on a player going forward.

And when he answers, say "Evann, help us"?David Weir should be knock, knock knocking on Evan’s door.
I guess he's not at OT much either, if that's the case...?He probably knows nothing about him given that he went on record in March saying "I don’t particularly enjoy going to watch Nice because there are some good players but the level of football is not high enough for me to get excited".
The people in charge of our purse strings are more concerned with looking for value rather than the price. If they decide there's value in a player, even at £40m, then they'll be in for him.Great that everyone seems to want the guy to come, however didn't PBOBE say last summer that the purchase of Georginio was an outliner, and the club wouldn't be spending £40m on a player going forward.
