So the EPL has spent 7 times more than the rest put together in this window so far.

How good are the rest?

Seeing how we are doing in the richest League in the world where would we be in the other leagues, considering our team cost a fraction of many in our league?

Should Tony buy a few more teams around the place to become feeder clubs to us?

Just suggests our clubs have more money to burn. Plenty of very average English football teams have spent a lot of money in the last few years.
true. it's like a tiny case study in effects of money supply and inflation.

La Liga is hanging on well - they don't have nearly as much money but the PL clubs are still behind them when it comes to the amount of quality players produced.

Other leagues are falling behind rapidly. Brighton would be a top 3 team in every leagues besides PL (obviously) and possibly La Liga.
