It should factor into the decision making process, yes. You never know, someone else close to you might have been afforded that opportunity in the future.

It was part of my decision , but I felt other factors outweighed it.

Personally, I think it's an awful shame that we may have lost the opportunity to live and work in 28 countries relatively hassle free in the future, it wasn't something I saw a lot made of among all the remain doom-mongering and a reason I find it unsurprising that the young 'uns were keen to stay. It's a point worth remembering.

Exactly this. Asking yourself "How will this vote effect my country and its people" is probably a question worth asking at any referendum/GE.

Agreed, though weirdly I was quite happy here until the referendum, whereas I'm now considering working abroad.
