Barry has been superb, and until such time as he stops performing he should keep the shirt. Otherwise, every squad player can assume that the 1st XI is a closed shop. If Lampard displaces Barry it will be a travesty, even if he goes on to score a hat-trick.

Gerrard and Hargreaves is the best we have but with out Hargreaves, Barry has done well and should keep the shirt. Lampard should be nowhere near the first X1
