Flintoff with another half century, this time hitting 52 off 39 balls with 4 fours and 4 sixes.

What a guy!

Not wanting to be overcritical but Flintoff scored 40 of his 52 runs in boundaries so that means he scored 12 runs in 31 balls. This proves he is a bit of an all or nothing batsman who cn't rotate the strike in singles. He still needs to add that to his game to be truly world class in my opinion.

I don't think you can say that when half of the shots he plays would be singles if it were any other batsmen but he makes them go for a boundary.
