Not at all. It just certain bowlers seam to always get the better of us.

Having been to see 2 Ashes tours in Oz and been to various Ashes matches in England I was suprised when we won, it was a fantastic series and could have gone either way.

I did however, expect us to beat Sri Lanka at home, despite injuries to a few players.

So do you expect us to win this test

Yes they have two best spinners, but we played Shane Warne last year and we where excellent against him. Remember we've got two days to get these runs!

It is a fourth innings wicket and last summer we were able to punish their change seamers. They seem to be playing a spinner at each end, granted one is a bit of a part timer, but the other is one of the 2 greatest spinners the game has probably ever seen.

If we win it then well done to the team, but I suspect we screwed this one up by picking Lewis and not batting properly in the first innings.

The problem for England has been batsmen unable to turn good starts into centuries. I believe Vaughan will come in for Cook when fit, but we really needed a ton from Strauss here.

I think our first innings has cost us. However I do question why Lewis was capped. He is not going to go to Australia and his lack of pace means that once the ball has lost a bit of shine he is not going to do much. Really should have stuck with Mahmood or brought GBH in and allowed him to use the game to get some fitness.
