This is a good test for Trott and Cook and whether they can bat together in ODI's, after a bright start the run rate has fallen below 5 chasing over 300.

What are your thoughts on the Headingley redeveloped stand? I'm not sure myself, it's got individuality I suppose but it looks like its got a weird design for the sake of it. I'm sure the facilities are much better though.

And I think Trott showed the sole major flaw in his one day game. Great player, can bat all day, but struggles to adapt his batting to a quick asking rate. It was his inability to score at a decent rate which lead to Cook attempting an over-ambitious shot.

Pietersen holes out to Malinga at long on... a great catch!

113-3 (23 overs)

The heat is definitely on Trott, Morgan and Bell.
