Sri Lanka 91 all out, trailing by 207 :clap2:

Five for Jimmy 11.4-6-16-5... his 19th 5fer in Test cricket

Four for Broady 10-1-21-4 :clap2:

Cook has enforced the follow-on

6 wickets for 14 in that collapse.

50 minutes batting this evening for the Sri Lankans...

Boycott was spot on! He said they would need to follow on.

Sri Lanka have lost the spine of their team, brilliant batsmen and ones that still play knockabout cricket...this is no surprise!

Pitch inspection at 10:45 hoping to start at 11:15 but unlikely to be much play today as heavy showers due, still there is always tomorrow

35-2. Jimmy strikes again. Just good, consistent probing away on off stump and Bairstow bags the nick. What a match that pair are having!

Cricket trivia. One for a Big Al quiz...

Which well known cricket correspondent, who never played for a county cricket team, was a few hours away from being called up to open for England for the Bombay test of their 1963/64 tour of India ? Said correspondent was told to be on standby as Micky Stewart had been taken to hospital after falling ill. Stewart eventually played, but became ill again and didn't complete the match...

101/6 9th Barstow catch

Just had a look. The record is eleven- by Jack Russell.

Not sure about accompanying centuries though.

Jimmy clean bowls the hapless Pradeep.

Sri Lanka 119 all out.

Jimmy Anderson has 5-29 in the innings and 10-45 in the match.... world class swing bowling and way too good for Sri Lanka

England win by an innings and 88 runs :clap2:

1-0 in the 3 match Test series, and 4-0 in the 'Super Series' :clap2:
