Very impressed by their lad Nemec up front - 6'3", plenty of experience, at Dynamo Bucharest - shouldn't cost more than £3-4m...

Mr. Winstanley, if you're watching...

I could quite easily go to bed now - wake up tomorrow - and not care how England got on until I have a look next year :moo:

Sometimes better known as papering over the cracks.

This is just a guess btw as I'm not watching

England are top of their group, Slovakia are second, & have beaten Spain and Germany recently.
People have got into the habit of slagging off the national team, but there are no easy games now.

I'm enjoying the game.

Fair enough, we are world class at qualifying

Massively overrated set of players, made to look better than they are by the quality around them in the Premier League. The Spurs and Arsenal lot are the worst of the lot too.

No Eriksen to make the Spurs players tick.

Replacing a world class play maker with Henderson

We miss that sort of player.

1. England will go through the group undefeated.
2. England will go out in the WC group stages / first knockout stage.
3. Our ability to keep the ball will be our downfall.
4. Southgate will resign.
5. The media will lament the lack of English managers with the requisite qualities for the job.
6. Someone like Eddie Howe will get the job.
7. The whole process will be repeated, albeit with different but equally shit players.
