The NI fans were superb, never stopped singing, England gave the most complete perormance I have seen from them since Germany 5-1.

Roll on Wednesday!

I watched the 2nd half of the Engerland, then the Poland game with my Polish neighbour.
I just watched 12 goals, with two of the 4 goallies keeping clean sheets (almost not even touching the ball)!

I only hope that Azerbijian don't decide to play dirtynow, in a desparate attempt to keep England at bay.

We need to win 6-0 to have the best goal difference in the group.

Very good display all round, but did anyone else apart from me think Steven Gerrard had a poor game?

He wasn't great but to be fair Gerrard, Rio and Paul Robinson could have all left the pitch and we still would have battered them.

England have been waiting all this time for a flair player who can take people on and now we have two!

Rooney was sublime and just pipped Cole for MOM in my opinion.

I thought that as well, his passing was not up to its usual standard.

Garrard was showing off too often, trying to ping 40 yarders to the wings for Neville (as Beckham only turned up for the toss) and Cole to chase. Can't remember the last time when England looked more threatening down the left than the right, proably Mexico '86 to be honest, with Steve Hodge rampaging down the touchline for LINEKER to tap them in from 6 yards.

We should have had 8 yesterday, Owen has a good 1 on 1 in first half, Shrek hit the post, and in second half Lampard missed couple of sitters.

Goal difference shouldn't come in to it, I can't see England or Poland doing anything other than winning their next 4 games.
