A bunch of overpaid prima donnas!! I am embarrassed to say I am an England supporter, a shambles, the only good to come out of this is Roy will go, but even then he will go with a massive pay off!! DISGUSTING!!

Not sure he will? His contract is up, so in effect he won't be "sacked" he just won't have his contract renewed.

Worthing
lets play kane and sterling, the two worst players in the team, then keep kane on after he cant even make a 10 yard pass, control the ball, or shoot. and thats after 20 minutes of the game. absolutely shocking selection, subs and team performance. i am totally embarrassed at that. we deserved to go ouy.

i just feel sorry for ali, dyer et al.

Maybe we didn't acclimatise as well to the heat in the South of France as our......... Icelandic opponents.

Well that was a bit shit.

According to the commentator, we have only beaten Denmark and Ecuador in the knockout stages of a tournament since 1990. What about when we beat Spain in the quarter finals in 1996?

Wasn't that penalties?

If that doesn't wake the FA up, then nothing will.

I mean, I know England played absolutely aweful for an England team, but it starts from the top. Pull your effing finger out and use that Premier League of yours for something more than filling your own pockets.

F*ck Sake. Not again.

That was a draw. I know we won on penalties but, for stats purposes, they count as draws - as seen here

Murdoch and Sky have destroyed English football - too much money for average players and teams with billionaires playing fantasy football and American hedge funds trying to cash in on the daft money.

I’m sure I must have some Welsh in my ancestry somewhere.

I've got a granddaughter born in Wales, but I still don't think I could bring myself to cheer them on.

We didn't beat them in 120 minutes
He didn't say anything about normal or extra time, he just said we'd only won those two games in the sudden death part of the tournaments.

Surely someone that works for ITV should know a bit about our past?

Superbly well played Iceland.
England were a disgrace, and I rarely say that even in the worst of times.
With any luck, some of these people will never pay for us again. And come September we might even have a manager who knows his best team too.

Bring on the new Albion season with footballers who know what they are doing and care about it too.
