England under 21 squad anounced!

The provisional 40 man squad has been announced and wanted to get peoples thoughts. Do u think Caroll, Richards and Wiltshere should be included to give us a better chance of winning or should they move aside for some younger players coming through?

Eligible if 21 when qualifying started 2 years ago. So he JUST made it.
