He has played their for Munich and as there is no Luke Young in the squad Hargreaves and Carragher are the cover for Neville.

I know, I'd have prefered to seen him get a go in his actual position in midfield though.

I'd prefer to see how he does at RB - I reckon he could be of great use to us there

But then Carragher is in firstly as a centre back and so should get a run out there and Dawson is not even going to Germany.

Agree with Uncle Buck. I like Hargreaves as a player but there's little other option at right back with Carra in the centre. Plus this gives Carrick a chance in the holding role.
