Can anyone make sense of the engineering works this sat.

Southerns website shows a map with all the track up but NAtional rail enquiries say there is only work going on in Lewes.

You can get through trains from Three Bridges to London otherwise via Lttlehampton (2 hours).

We are driving to Three Bridges, Thameslink to London Bridge then the Jubilee Line then the District Line.

I'll be the one in the anorak taking down train numbers :lolol: :lolol:

Catching laid on (and direct) bus to Three Bridges. these are quarter past and to the hour.

Then direct train to either Victoria, or London Bridge, then tube.

According to the site the trains should be running via Lewes not Littlehampton. But they don't appear to be!

looks like its quicker to go via worthing littlehampton,takes 2hrs,while going via lewes takes longer

There are no trains between Lewes and Three Bridges either. From Eastbourne we are going to St Leonards and up to Charing Cross which adds on about half hour to the journey but saves a crappy bus journey between Lewes and Three Bridges.

drive to East India Dock.....park there....drink( no alchoholic of course) in the All bar One or similar in Canary Wharf.

get Jubilee line round to West Ham...change to district......get off at Upton park...bish bash bosh...cushti...sorted guvnor
