Last time visited Elland road had a lovely stroll through a council estate, all seemed calm and peaceful, took the same route back after the game ended up in the Northern Monkey ,marvelous day out :drink:

Like Brighton thugs attacking Leeds fans on their own between your stadium and railway station - very welcoming. Especially being that it was the same group of Brighton thugs who picked on one fan at Brighton station on the way up to the ground.
Now then now then ?

Silly old bat
I thought the area was one big council estate. :)

I worked in Gelderd Road for many years which is the parallel road to Elland Road, not including the M621, It is quite industrial on the northern side. To get to a council estate, ppf would have had to cross the ring road to get into Cottingley, and is a dead end. The only pub nearby is the Drysalters which is away friendly.
