That gets the thumbs up from me.I might be able to afford to watch the Albion play more often. But if the club are serious about fans returning then they need to sack Wilkins.Once a high profile manager is installed then the fans will return. It's not rocket science. We had our lowest gate the other night at Withdean because people don't like Wilkins or his style.

disagree with that, the novelty of a new manager will generate slightly higher crowds in the short term but in the long term its results fans want and im happy with a playoff position at the moment

I don't think it would work that well. You would get people that are already going, buying cheaper tickets and I very much doubt you would see a great increase in attendances. The exercise would probably see a drop in revenue.

I like the idea, even if only for a trial, the club can't really lose out, surley more people paying less is better than none paying at all, The stand is a bit crap but then at least people can't moan about them paying cheaper prices,

Sorry, but that is UTTER shite.

It would make ZERO difference to me if Fabio Capello was installed as manager, if the side were not winning games and playing well. The side are currently playing as well as they have for at least 4 years, and that is TOTALLY down to Wilkins.

i cant see the point in getting a new manager, they shoud be marked on results, we should spend the money on squad improvements not high profile managers
Why the hell have you edited my post? TWAT!

Oh right, i get it, so get a manager that hasnt just lifted us to 6th in the table, playing the most attractive football that i have seen us play for years with a side predominantly made up of home grown players

Riiiiiiiiiiight:rolleyes:

I am a season ticket holder and would rather they gave tickets away free than look out on empty seats. So if they can sell them and get a tenner all the better.

When we moved to withdean I was sure the first 3,500 seats only cover the rental of Withdean, is this still the case. We can't make much as I thought we also made very little off the adverstising of the food outlets.

Running loss leaders now will hopefully get more people interested and will considor buting ST at Falmer.

Why would you put a roof over the East Stand and move the singers away from the away fans. That is the worst idea I've heard for a while
