Do any of you guys own one? I've just bought myself the new pocket Sony E-Reader PRS300, and I've heard people saying you can get free or very cheap ebooks, and also newspapers to download. Which are the best sites?

I've bought a couple of books so far from Waterstones and WH Smith, but interested to know if anybody has any better resources?

Also having a bit of a mare finding the cover with light for the pocket edition, but I expect I just need to wait a while as the pocket edition has only been out 2 weeks

And in case anyone is wondering what I'm talking about, here is a link to the Sony site for more info

They are just wrong. one of the pleasures of reading is the experience of opening a brand new book and slowly opening the pages and reading them. Also books are good insulation for your walls when placed on a bookshelf.
But I suppose it's like owning the LP/CD or just the down load on you MP3.

I keep looking at these but have so far refrained. My worries about getting wet near a pool or having it stolen against easily leaving a traditional book on a sunbed. Also found the books for it much more dearer as they don't appear to be discounted on release when you you would have thought they would be cheaper. But early days yet. I know the book trade want to create a Readers iTunes so to speak.

Prefer to have a book, read it, then exchange when on holiday for something else.
