E-cash problem

Good morning. Who is best to speak to regarding an anomaly with my e-cash? After Tuesday night's game, my balance was £2-something. When I logged in to top up last night, it was showing as minus £1.00. I'm hesitant to top up in case there is an issue with my card, which is frustrating because I want to make some purchases in the club shop this afternoon and don't want to miss out on the cashback.
