Hi Insider,
On Saturday (10/3/12) my son and I received emails from the club regarding the e-cash balance on our smart cards. The balance detailed in the email for both cards was wrong, my son’s email said “Your current Seagulls e-cash balance is £0.00” when he has credit, my balance figure was indicated as less than the account should have in it.
When logging into our accounts we can see that both the online account balances are correct. This could have been embarrassing ordering food & drink at the kiosk to be told that we had insufficient credit on our smart cards when we acutally do have. Are the club aware?
