Hiney and I are at waterloo.

I think dwayne's assesment is harsh. We certainly never really threatened but as well as Hammond I would say Butters had a great game, and lynch and the Arsenal boy did okay, as did Mayo.

They were much better than us technically, but the effort was there from the whole team.

I thought El Abd looked like he really wanted it. Pleased with him. Hendo had a good game, looked confident. Gatting was useless, not even worth the sub to be honest. Good to see Frutos play again did alright and a decent option on the flank. Gary hart ran his guts out like usual, and the new lad looked ok. Some good tackles followed by some upfield punts.

Hart did look good. Hendo did nothing wrong.

Frutos did okay. Worked hard but never got forward. Almost played as a second left back.

bz was getin a load of abuse by w.ham fans.not a popular lad there.

Sitting in the West Ham end, I didn't hear any abuse directed at BZ, they were chanting his name when he came on.
