Mustard comes to the crease...

Look at the score card though - Pratt's 9 runs came off 74 balls!!! And he got a four off one of them! Great bowling!

Onions has a few wickets to his name this season too...

I think the weather will prevent a positive result in this match though.

:(

He averages just over 25 in 61 championship innings since the beginning of 2004. He's passed 100 only once in those 61 innings. He hasn't scored 1000 championship runs in a season since 2002. Out of form, or just shit?

can the Monty knockers politely f*** off...

Sussex are top of the County Championship and the finest bowling attack in the club's history are currently dismantling their opposition yet again...

is it too much to just enjoy it please?

why if it isn't the hard hitting Ottis Gibson, I thought he'd retired

c'mon ACE, knock his block off

Harmison, Onions and Mick Lewis to come, not so much a tail, more a soft underbelly

EXPLOIT, EXPLOIT

all out for 90 odd?

I am enjoying it very much, thank you. I'd enjoy it even more if we had an opening batsman that inspired confidence.

Agreed. Chill Moshe..Monty needs to do something with the bat now and again. How he justifies drawing his wages right now I don't know.

dream result - finish them quickly, lose a few wickets today (Monty, I'm looking at YOU) tomorrow the middle order and tail show how it should be done and knock up a 150 plus lead - bowl 'em out cop full bowling and a couple of batting points, Durham get points knocked off for a shocking pitch

rest of the week is monsoon season and everyone else ends up with a draw

SORTED

Monty's form is still there, he played a fine innings v Middlesex around a month ago, he just needs to apply that to more games... He will come good.
