Quite right - if we buckle down and bat in our usual way then they should be able to make the last train out of Durham tomorrow night that connects with the FCC back into Brighton. Nothing like getting home from a work trip a couple of days early.

After lulling Durham into a false sense of inferiority at the start yesterday the match now has a much more familiar look to it

This average reminds me of the mighty Hoppo's efforts a few years back but then we still had Murray Goodwin scoring 1500ish per season at the time. There was also some leg spinner chappie with a beard who used to get a wicket or two, meaning we generally managed to bowl teams out rather than letting the opposition's lower order put on a hundred or two on a regular basis. Happy days.
