This is brilliant. We have two completely different answers (it is for the hotel, it isn't for the hotel), both based on firm inside knowledge of The Truth. Nothing could sum up NSC better.

As suggested by others it could well be preparatory services being installed for the hotel if the Club are feeling bullish about getting permission for it, but it is also definitely for developing the site in line with the permission they were granted last year for permanent use of Bennett's Field which included tree planting, lighting and bollard instillation to divide up and improve the flow of the car park.

No planning application has been submitted for the hotel although from public Council reportshe Club have submitted an EIA screening request to Lewes, so the application would certainly appear to be forthcoming in the next few months.
