I was just wondering wot every1 thought of guy butters this season, although he is an albion ledgend, i feel that he may be playin for us one season too many.

He appears to have lost all of his, wot was already lack of, pace. and he doesnt seem to be winning more then at least 20% of 50/50 headers.

please leave comments.

The games that I have seen him play he has won 90% of all the headers in his area.
You're wrong.

Somewhere over there...
1) learn to spell please.
2) Butters is NOT a legend.
3) Guy is actually a good player who gives much experience to our youthal team, to drop him will be like suicide as we will lack a father figure in defence, if you know what I mean.

In rehab
The only player i've seen give Butters a hard time in the air is that Coventry player Dele A.(Can't spell his surname)

tbh i thought i would give butters some respect by calling him a ledgend, a word that i feel is overused in this day and age.

i will remember not to use it in future.

and on the other point, in my opinion he has played below average nd our problems seem to be coming from defence, nd letting santos go out on loan is not goin to help us sort this out.

Butters is not the weak link in defence.

i'm afraid "youthal" isn't a word, and to pick me up on my spelling, at least if you're going to have a go at me, back up your point correctly.

Lynch and Butter are an adequat central defensive partnership for League 1. My concern is with the full back positions.

but the problems are coming from not winning the first ball in the air. Also lynch and butters are only together because hinselwood, don't take the piss out of the spelling, is injured. And when we played yeovil i think it was on boxing day, the lack of pace that cost us hugely was easy to see.

All we need is a couple of six foot lower league journeyman full backs. Every other club seems to have them so why cant we?

Yeovil are the one team in the league who have as much if not more pace than us.
